Q: How is the machine produced?
A:We are Taiwan team design and manufacturing, parts are stable big brand, Screw Rod and Linear Guide Rail are Taiwan Hiwin, Spindle, Tool Magazine, five castings (material: HT300 (Five Major Castings), Three-axis Shield (Three-axis Shield) and Oil Injector (Oil Injector) are also made in Taiwan. The contact surfaces of our castings are all hand-shoveled.
Q:How do we detect it?
A:There will be a 72-hour test run, as well as various tests: spindle temperature test, spindle test bar test, laser test and ball-bar roundness detection, etc. (see the manual for details)
Q:What are our strengths?
A:(1)Our spindles are developed in co-operation with Taiwan ROYAL or KERTURN, with 4 front bearings and 2 rear bearings inside for better stability and precision.
(2)Jugang has its own foundry, and castings require three treatments, manual aging, vibration treatment, annealing, and at least six months of natural aging.
