Product Description

The C-500 crane-type five-axis machining center adopts a moving beam gantry structure design. It is equipped with the latest German Siemens ONE Nano interpolation system, and the three axes are heavy-duty. The roller rails are equipped with imported U-class linear grating scales as standard, and the three-axis motion components are separated from the processing area to improve the stability of the equipment and ensure the best cutting performance.
 

The double arms are supported on the base bed, the A-axis swing angle is +30°~-120°, the C-axis rotation angle is 360°, and the tilt axis and rotation axis are both high-response and high-torque servo motors.
 

 

The servo motor is equipped with high-resolution circular linear scale as standard, which has good dynamic response capability and ensures high rigidity, high load, high precision and heavy cutting. The spindle adopts high-speed and high-torque spindle. Provide customers with good processing performance. The fully enclosed protective device is safe and reliable, in line with GB15760-1995 standards; the impact of the equipment on the surrounding environment complies with ISO14001 standard.

Sure. All new and old friends are welcome to visit us at our factory. Besides, we can pick you up at the station or airport if needed. We will be very honored to help with tickets and accommodation booking. 
3. Payment terms: 
30% T/T in advance, 70% after inspection before shipping.
4. Warranty:
12 months of non-human-made damage for mechanical parts and 24 months of non-human-made damage for the NC controller since the customer received the machine.
5. Engineer travel, installation, and commissioning expenses:
The round-trip tickets, accommodation, and labor cost are all offered by the buyer. 
6. Installs and debugs the personnel and days
Approx. 3 persons within 7 days (depends on the actual situation).
