 The castings of this machine are all made of resin sand castings and have been artificially aged twice. They have good stability, high strength, and stable and reliable accuracy. The machine bed is designed with a box structure and supported by careful ribs. The cross beam uses a fixed gantry structure, which has excellent rigidity and a stable body. The door is designed with extra width and special length to suit the processing needs of large workpieces. The cutting is discharged to both sides to facilitate automatic chip removal.

 

The Z-axis screw and spindle are located in the center of the spindle head, which will not cause uneven stress, vibration, and displacement due to offset.
The base, columns, beams, spindle box, etc. are all made of high-strength cast iron materials and resin sand process casting. The cross beam adopts a large cross-section and has sufficient bending stiffness and torsional stiffness.

The spindle has a barrel-type structure with good rigidity and easy maintenance. It adopts P4-grade high-grade precision bearings for smooth, high-speed operation and long service life. 
The spindle box parts use double nitrogen liquid and reduce the thermal deformation through constant temperature cooling, which improves the stability of the spindle accuracy and the processing speed of the machine tool. The spindle group adopts Taiwan's φ190 high-rigidity BT50 spindle and annular spray design, which has high precision and high performance. The taper hole fits closely to realize the tool grabbing. The balancing cylinder mechanism ensures the stability of the spindle box movement.
The wide-area spindle motor is driven to the spindle end through a belt. The machine tool has multi-point orientation of the spindle and rigid tapping functions.

The bed guide rail (X-axis) of this machine adopts a rust-proof metal telescopic protective cover; the cross-beam guide rail (Y-axis) adopts an organ-type protection; the entire machine adopts simple protection to prevent iron filings and coolant from splashing, making the operator safe and comfortable. work in an environment.
 

 

The cutting cooling of this machine adopts external cooling, and the coolant is an emulsified and non-corrosive liquid. There is a set of screw-chip conveyors distributed on both sides of the worktable, and a lifting chain-type chip conveyor is installed at the end of the equipment.
