Product Description

1.The five major castings adopt advanced HT300 resin sand castings, which eliminate the internal stress after tempering, vibration, and natural aging treatment.
2.Three axes have no pad block. Both grinding and scraping are used between the bearing seat and the body to ensure the three points' concentric accuracy of the screw rod.
3.Machines with low gravity centers and gantry-type structures make the machines more stable.
4.Equipped with imported precision linear rail, C3 ball screw rod, P4 NSK bearing.

The machine body are made of high-grade resin sand cast iron and high-tensile casting materials, with strong shock absorption and good wear resistance and have been treated by tempering, vibration, artificial aging and natural aging to ensure that the machine can maintain the best precision for a long time.

Precision assembling is the most important for CNC machines. Except the excellent components and casting irons, the carefully correcting are also very important.To ensure the precision of the machine, KING STEEL insists on completing all the assembling by ourselves, monitoring every detail and each step, and refining the assembly.Each procedure has been strictly tested and recorded before proceeding to the next one.
